Proficiency in English and the local language, along with strong analytical, organizational, and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite), is required. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical product development process is also necessary.
The Contract Specialist will draft, review, negotiate, and finalize agreements with study sites, adhering to company and client contractual considerations and established processes. Responsibilities include negotiating investigator grant budgets and contractual terms within approved parameters, ensuring compliance with negotiation guidelines and budgetary requirements. The role involves identifying and assessing legal, financial, and operational risks, coordinating with internal departments for site startup activities, and achieving target cycle times for site activations.
