Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and manage legal terms for commercial contracts involving MineStar Solutions and mining technology products
  • Draft and finalize complex agreements, including Command for Hauling, technology licensing, and professional services contracts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with attorneys, product managers, NPI managers, sales leaders, technical experts, and operations teams to drive negotiations from inception to execution
  • Apply deep legal knowledge to address licensing, intellectual property, data rights, liability limits, indemnities, and termination clauses
  • Leverage established processes and templates while adapting to unique customer needs and evolving technology landscapes
