Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting studies or other related discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant Finance and Accounting experience
  • Knowledge in SAP, ORACLE, Reporting system is an advantage
  • Attention to details and accuracy, well-organized and responsible
  • Work independently with good analytical and writing skills
  • Strong communication skill, good command of English

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Finance Manager with month-end closing activities for MnS and Manufacturing
  • Prepare and submit the monthly Manufacturing Commentaries Report
  • Calculate product costing and submit it to the Master Data Management (MDM) team
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes for the Manufacturing Business Unit
  • Assist the Finance Manager during statutory audits
  • Support the Finance Manager in assets and inventories management activities
  • Coordinate with the tax consultant regarding BUPOT (tax pay-slips) for HCP and vendors
  • Perform weekly pre-checks of tax-related invoices and coordinate with Tax Consultant for WHT (Withholding Tax) confirmation
  • Handle registration of new third-party vendors
