Requirements
Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in IT, digital operations, or technical project management, along with a solid understanding of domain registration, DNS, email systems, and web infrastructure. Experience with government-related domain transitions or .gov domain policies is a strong plus, and familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration is preferred.
Responsibilities
The Contract Analyst – Domain Transition will audit existing digital assets using the .org domain, create and manage a detailed project plan for the domain transition, coordinate submission and approval of the .gov domain request through federal channels, oversee DNS configuration, email authentication updates, SSL/TLS certificates, redirects, and CMS changes, test and validate system functionality before and after go-live, provide documentation, issue tracking, and internal training support, and communicate effectively with IT, Communications, and Leadership teams to ensure a smooth, secure, and compliant migration.
