Requirements

  • Basic understanding of the Contract Research Organization (CRO) industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with costing models
  • Ability to interpret and assist in preparing budgets
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external customers
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Frequent use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring clear speech perception
  • Extensive use of keyboard and computer systems involving repetitive finger motion
  • Ability to sit for extended periods during work hours

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams to determine appropriate contract terms and conditions under guidance
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and preparing customer contracts
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for small-scale customer projects
  • Provide administrative and operational support for small to mid-sized customers and projects
  • Support the preparation, review, finalization, and distribution of budgets and contracts
  • Maintain and update contract databases and documentation
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
