Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 2–4 years direct relevant experience with high volume data entry in ERP systems (Oracle highly desired) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Experienced in managing simultaneous projects and meeting deadlines
  • Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat as well as basic computer skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in shifting priorities
  • Ability to work in an office environment (constant); required to sit and stand for long periods; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (frequent)
  • Qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR and EAR, or eligible for export license approval

Responsibilities

  • Tracking contract authorizations and correspondence
  • Interfacing with several cross-functional team members to obtain information
  • Maintaining detailed and organized contract files
  • Preparing contract brief and modification packages for internal processing
  • Preparing contract change notices
  • Reviewing data deliverables for Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) submission
  • Working with Data Management for submission of CDRLs to customer as directed
  • Receiving and verifying documentation required for GSI/CSI, internal QA, and shipping
  • Loading IUIDs as required per contract into PIEE
  • Preparing all ‘Move to ship’ packages and coordinating per contract requirements
  • Performing Contracts and Order entry tasks in ERP and PIEE systems
  • Other duties as assigned
