Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 2–4 years direct relevant experience with high volume data entry in ERP systems (Oracle highly desired) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Experienced in managing simultaneous projects and meeting deadlines
Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat as well as basic computer skills
Demonstrated proficiency in shifting priorities
Ability to work in an office environment (constant); required to sit and stand for long periods; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (frequent)
Qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR and EAR, or eligible for export license approval

Responsibilities

Tracking contract authorizations and correspondence
Interfacing with several cross-functional team members to obtain information
Maintaining detailed and organized contract files
Preparing contract brief and modification packages for internal processing
Preparing contract change notices
Reviewing data deliverables for Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) submission
Working with Data Management for submission of CDRLs to customer as directed
Receiving and verifying documentation required for GSI/CSI, internal QA, and shipping
Loading IUIDs as required per contract into PIEE
Preparing all ‘Move to ship’ packages and coordinating per contract requirements
Performing Contracts and Order entry tasks in ERP and PIEE systems
Other duties as assigned
