Responsibilities

  • Administer GPO and IDN contracts across multiple systems, ensuring accurate pricing and membership eligibility
  • Process Letters of Commitment (LOCs), GPO changes, and price activations in alignment with contract terms
  • Maintain GPO and IDN membership rosters and implement structured audit processes to validate accuracy
  • Analyze customer data and sales information to evaluate LOC requests and pricing eligibility
  • Support contract audit requests by providing documentation and pricing data to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Customer Solutions team members throughout the contract activation cycle
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
  • Manage relationships with internal teams such as Contracting and Customer Intelligence to ensure seamless operations
