- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

Responsibilities
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives in Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Innovation, including kaizen events
- Drive targeted improvement across Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Innovation
- Assist site leadership in the development of a continuous improvement plan
- Directly provide formal and informal Lean training and coaching on site
- Implement the internal improvement program across the operating company
- Drive and support department leaders in complying with and achieving goals on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP)
- Facilitate events like Kaizens, Trainings, Workshops
