Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Digital Content Project Management (web assembly, email, banners, print collateral, signage) with demonstrated ability to critically assess a project or process to identify improvement opportunities
  • Minimum of 7 years experience with large-scale digital content implementations, content technologies and content production
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with developing and executing content strategies within a data driven marketing environment using scaled content services and multiple channels
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a lead content strategist with demonstrated ability to create a multi-channel content plan/proposal and present to clients
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working with and implementing DAMs, CMS, LMS, CRMs to support scale
  • Dynamic leader and guru within the content and digital marketing arena at an agency or consultancy
  • Highly organized with strong skills in writing and delivering sales narratives
  • Experienced in client service and program delivery
  • Experienced in consulting with senior level clients, including the C-Suite, across industries and selling in new ideas, programs and content technologies
  • Master storyteller able to develop proposals and deliver presentations

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and lead new business opportunities in collaboration with Account and Industry leads, providing deep domain expertise and leadership to solution, support stand-up and service of client engagements for content and agency related projects
  • Build relationships with clients by crafting content strategies and proposals that can lead to unique and breakthrough solutions/ideas
  • Manage up, down and across Accenture divisions (Strategy, Consulting, Technology) to keep everyone informed and aligned on strategies and goals
  • Become the resident expert on Content Supply Chain knowing the intersection between data, tech and content to deliver a more efficient and effective way of working
  • Work collaboratively across teams acting as the content expert, and bringing value through strategic ideas and thought leadership
  • Identify and staff new projects with the skilled resources needed to deliver against the scope and margin targets set for the project
  • Lead content teams across all areas of content such as, but not limited to, scaled dynamic content, DAM implementations and Content Supply Chain assessments, content strategy and content development
  • Guide SEO and social listening analysis to provide the insights needed to develop effective content
  • Lead and respond to RFPs
  • Solve client marketing challenges in a new and innovative way, leveraging data, automation and the power of AI
  • Package up content offerings and relevant industry practices in order to respond to needs and sell business to clients
  • Play a lead role in the delivery of sold engagements
