A minimum of 2 years of experience in documentation, content management, or technical writing, preferably within a SaaS or software organization, is required. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and CCPA, along with experience using content management tools like Confluence or SharePoint and security Trust Center platforms (Drata, Vanta, SecureFrame), is essential. Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with a focus on clarity, consistency, and stakeholder alignment are also necessary.
The Content Specialist will manage and maintain an AI-enabled centralized repository for all security, compliance, GRC, and privacy documentation, including policies, procedures, standards, certifications, and audit evidence. This role involves managing content across internal platforms and the external Trust Center, ensuring materials are current, approved, and version-controlled. Responsibilities include partnering with Legal, Security, Product, and Customer teams to publish customer-facing materials, providing sales and support teams with updated documentation for customer inquiries, and building an internal knowledge base for employee awareness. The specialist will also define and enforce documentation standards, coordinate periodic content reviews, and support security and privacy audits by maintaining accurate records and evidence artifacts.
