Requirements

Responsibilities

The Content Moderator will monitor and filter digital content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure a safe and positive gaming environment by identifying and addressing harmful material such as harassment and hate speech. They will audit and assess interactions for accuracy, report trends and improvement opportunities, and participate in feature testing and tool improvements to refine content moderation practices. The role involves identifying errors in procedures, adhering to protocols, and maintaining accountability and responsibility for assigned tasks.
