Responsibilities

  • Plan, research, write, and launch content across multiple formats: blog posts, case studies, emails, enablement materials, event collateral, ad copy, and more
  • Rapidly prototype and refine prompts for generative AI tools to support content creation
  • Edit and enhance both human- and AI-written content for clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment
  • Build and maintain modular content systems: templates, reusable blocks, and playbooks
  • Support content workflow improvements, automation, and publishing pipelines
  • Manage metadata, tagging, and taxonomy to enable personalization and reuse
  • Coordinate the content calendar, feedback loops, and deadlines across teams
  • Apply SEO best practices: keyword research, on-page optimization, and internal linking
  • Track and analyze content performance to drive continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on content trends, marketing automation, and AI tools—and recommend opportunities to experiment and evolve
