Requirements

  • Experience using syndication tools to deliver product content to online retailers (particularly Salsify) (MUST)
  • Proven experience as a Content Manager, ideally within an ad agency setting, focusing on beauty brands (5+ years)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with digital shelf analytics tools (e.g., Profitero, NielsenIQ) and retail analytics tools (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central & Marketing Cloud)
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for digital content
  • Expertise in using content management tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe WF, CMS platforms)
  • Updated Amazon Vendor Central & advertising experience (essential)
  • Proficiency in English & Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of adaptation projects, from initial concept through to execution and delivery, ensuring adherence to strict SLAs and quality benchmarks
  • Oversee and manage multiple content projects for a leading beauty brand, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives
  • Adapt high-volume content while maintaining compliance and consistency across all platforms
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop content strategies that are competitive and innovative
  • Ensure high-quality content from concept through execution and delivery, including quality assurance checks
  • Utilize content management software and tools to streamline the workflow and enhance productivity
  • Assess and report on content performance using analytics tools
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and technologies
