The Content Editor will refine and grow the Human Interest voice, setting a new bar for content quality and data governance while scaling production volume. They will liaise between Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Data teams to analyze, manage, and document data, identifying trends and summarizing findings. Responsibilities include editing and fact-checking content across the customer lifecycle, evolving processes, and navigating regulatory confines. The editor will also coach teammates on avoiding grammatical mistakes and work across creative and technical teams to ensure narrative consistency.
