Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience producing, editing, and publishing a video-first podcast or YouTube show, ideally in the crypto, finance, or tech space. A strong understanding of tech and crypto news, including major narratives and personalities, is required. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Descript, and experience writing compelling copy for various platforms with an understanding of SEO, titles, and thumbnails are essential. Responsibilities

The Producer/Editor will be responsible for the full-cycle production of a daily crypto news podcast, including multi-cam video editing, audio cleanup, and final delivery across platforms like YouTube and RSS. Responsibilities include writing engaging episode titles, descriptions, and show notes, cutting and posting short-form social clips, and monitoring episode analytics to refine strategies. The role also involves supporting research and briefing for the host, optimizing production workflows for efficiency and quality, collaborating with design and brand teams, and contributing to the show's editorial vision and growth plan.
