Requirements

4-5 years of relevant experience in copywriting or creative content development
Fluently speak English and Spanish to work with clients from LATAM, North America, and others
Deep understanding of English and Spanish languages for translation, transcription, and adaptation of texts
Ability to adapt writing style to various formats and client-required tones of voice
Strong proofreading skills for texts, scripts, and other materials
Clear understanding of project goals and ability to confidently communicate with stakeholders and supervisors
Creativity, proactivity, and problem-solving skills
People skills and ability to be a team player
Knowledge of various copywriting formats
Ability to analyze and solve increasingly complex problems
Requires minimal instruction on daily tasks and moderate instruction on new assignments
Ability to keep track of specific requirements and due dates with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Create quality content by adapting writing style to several formats
Translate, transcribe, and adapt texts as required
Proofread texts, scripts, and other materials
Intuitively adapt to the required tone of voice and messages for customers
Understand project goals and communicate with stakeholders and supervisors
Work with other copywriters and supervisor to complete assigned tasks
Interact with clients and stakeholders in meetings, clearly communicate ideas, and support the team
Generate relevant and on-point copy that helps clients achieve objectives, attracts, informs, and engages target audiences while delivering business messages
Work alongside designers and program managers, contributing original, creative, and innovative ideas
Write and edit a variety of marketing content formats such as websites, social media, internal communications, and business writing
