Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in content production, ideally within digital media, online learning or edtech environments
- Proven success leading large, multidisciplinary teams (40+ people) including direct reports and multiple team leads
- Deep understanding of video, scriptwriting and audio production workflows and technologies
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, concurrent projects in fast-paced environments
- Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- A strategic, data-driven and solutions-focused mindset
- Experience with workflow automation and production management tools (e.g. Jira)
- Tertiary qualifications in Media, Communications, Education, Project Management or a related field are highly regarded
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach multiple content team leads across disciplines and subject areas
- Oversee large-scale, concurrent production schedules to meet ambitious delivery targets
- Build and optimise systems, workflows and sprint cadences that drive operational excellence
- Balance creative quality with speed and scalability across all content streams
- Collaborate with Curriculum, Product and Design teams to ensure content meets pedagogical, brand and accessibility standards
- Anticipate risks, resolve blockers and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders
- Drive the adoption of new tools and emerging GenAI-powered workflows that elevate team efficiency
- Use data and metrics to assess performance, identify improvements and deliver measurable outcomes
