Requirements

Student or recent graduate with a degree in International Relations, Administration, Economics, or other related areas
Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English
Able to work independently, with good organization and communication skills
Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to turn data and news into clear, client-ready insights
Experience with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze news to translate developments into client-relevant business impacts
Help the team track and forecast Brazil’s macroeconomic indicators
Prepare client-meeting materials
Lead targeted deep dives on economic and consumer topics with robust qualitative and quantitative analysis
Analyze economic and political trends that would impact Brazil's operational and demand environment
Write clear, executive-ready insights that translate macroeconomic and political developments into concrete business implications
Help the team create visually structured slide decks that translate complex macroeconomic and political developments into client-relevant insights
Conduct targeted deep dives on economic topics and consumer dynamics
Help the team track and forecast Brazil’s key macroeconomic and consumer indicators
Understand market trends, consumer behavior, channel management, and retail performance in Brazil
Attend in-person and virtual meetings with clients
Participate in training and coaching sessions
