Requirements

3 to 5 years of proven experience in MOA or MOE roles on SWIFT FIN, XML, FileAct, or InterAct projects
Strong knowledge of SWIFT environments: excellent knowledge of SAA, SAG, AMH software
Knowledge of SWIFT formats, SWIFT protocols, FileAct, InterAct, SAA or AMH routing tables, and flux middlewares
Fluent English required
SWIFT certification is a plus
Integrates well, rigorous, dynamic, with demonstrated organizational and adaptation skills, strong team spirit, flexibility, creativity, and initiative

Responsibilities

Conduct preliminary studies and feasibility analyses
Frame projects, write expressions of needs, and perform bank homologation
Assist in selecting optimal solutions (internal or external)
Develop SI master plans, functional cartography, and formalize processes
Centralize fluxes
Implement SWIFT SAA, SWIFT AMH, SWIFT SAG off-the-shelf software, and flux middlewares
Plan and coordinate projects
Work on projects such as: SWIFT flux architecture and securitization (unitary or files), SAA to AMH technical migration, SAA to AMH migration, Java flux middleware development, ISO 20022 impacts and implementation, flux filtering projects
Intervene on high-value missions: Consulting, Business Analysis, Project Management, Operational Process Optimization, Operational Production Monitoring
Manage projects in international contexts, ensuring the link between Business and IT teams, with understanding of SWIFT FIN and XML flux issues, Information System (methodologies, message formats, exchange protocols, processes, and SI)
