Requirements

Expertise in financial systems, particularly SAP ECC, TMS, SaaS applications, EDI partners, and peripheral systems
Strong knowledge of financial processes and connected applications (e.g., Supply Chain, Sales & revenues, Digital)
Ability to diagnose production incidents, especially on interfaces and associated reports
Proficiency in applying best practices for transport and deployment of solutions, in line with demand management tools and company procedures
Skills in testing non-regression, managing releases, and ensuring performance, security, and compliance
Capability to document problems, solutions, corrective actions, and maintain technical documentation
Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders (users, managers, senior managers, métier, technology teams)
Strong reporting and follow-up skills for incident status and team KPIs (resolution times, quality standards)

Responsibilities

Provide support to Finance department users
Diagnose production incidents on financial systems and applications, identify and implement solutions
Document issues, solutions, and perform necessary corrective actions
Apply best practices for transporting and deploying solutions per company procedures
Monitor and report on incident statuses, ensuring team KPIs for resolution times and quality
Participate in internal reviews and resolve incidents/requests for colleagues (internal/external)
Facilitate knowledge transfer from project teams for new features/solutions to ensure support and maintenance
Plan/execute non-regression tests for periodic SI releases, coordinating with stakeholders and representing internal clients (accounting, Finance)
Manage and apply patches/improvements for application performance and security
Maintain existing solutions and associated data reports, collaborating with functional experts
Ensure compliance and traceability of technical documentation
