Job Description

Within Talan, CloudSpirit is the specialized Business Unit and partner for the ServiceNow solution. We work with major clients to design, develop, and optimize solutions around ServiceNow, with strong technical and business expertise. To support this growth, we are looking for great personalities: motivated, dynamic individuals eager to continue developing their skills in a stimulating work environment.

Within the CloudSpirit team, you will work on our clients' ServiceNow platforms as an experienced consultant.

Responsibilities

  • Design technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Configure and develop scripts on the ServiceNow platform in compliance with user stories from the backlog.
  • Write technical documentation according to team standards.
  • Perform integration tests for user stories.
  • Handle ServiceNow incidents escalated by functional administrators (Level 2 support).
  • Prepare and manage the various stages of production deployment.

These missions will be carried out within a team of approximately 30 people, composed of architects, junior and senior technical consultants.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform in complex environments.
  • Mastery of the ITSM module (Incident, Problem, Change).
  • Knowledge of CMDB, HR, ITBM modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Mastery of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to configure and parameterize ServiceNow modules at an advanced level.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow back-office administration.

Recruitment Process

  • Telephone pre-qualification with a member of the recruitment team (if your CV is selected).
  • HR and business interview with a recruitment manager and a business engineer.
  • Technical interview with a ServiceNow architect and the director of CloudSpirit: an opportunity to discuss your professional aspirations and the prospects offered within the BU.
