Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of work experience including 4+ years of financial services experience
  • Knowledge of Fidelity Wealth Management offering, Wealth Solutions, and experience with Managed Accounts is preferred
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities
  • Experience identifying, owning, working with data to analyze, find opportunities, drive fact-based decision making, and measure results
  • Proficiency in an Agile way of working with experience collaborating and translating business requirements into action for designers and developers, including business acceptance testing, validation exercises, and release management
  • Builds credibility and trust with diverse partners across varied business groups and understands how to influence without authority
  • Intellectual curiosity, with a continuous improvement approach, and models a culture of learning and coaching
  • Ability to balance business, operational, and technology needs with regulatory and audit requirements, collaborating and gaining agreement with Legal, Risk, and Compliance (LRC) as well as Audit (internal and external)
  • MBA, CFP or other related licenses or designations a plus
