Responsibilities

Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des Directions et référents métier Finances des clients
Réaliser des benchmarks de solutions éditeurs pour accompagner les clients dans le choix de leur solution cible
Apporter expertise et expérience dans le « reengineering » de leurs processus
Assurer la modélisation de ces processus et participer aux travaux de paramétrage
Animer la relation maîtrise d’ouvrage / maîtrise d’œuvre et des ateliers de conception
Collecter les besoins client et rédiger des cahiers des charges / spécifications générales
Veiller au respect des besoins et exigences client dans les phases de conception
Préparer et accompagner les utilisateurs lors des phases de tests
Assurer une veille règlementaire sur les exigences gouvernementales impactant les processus et outils des clients
Assurer des prestations de maîtrise d’ouvrage Finances sur des projets de déploiement d’ERP
Encadrer des missions dans le cadre de projets de transformation (en position de management)
Manager les consultants et s’impliquer dans le développement de leurs compétences
Développer son expertise et la partager au sein des communautés
Être acteur et accompagner l'évolution interne du pôle et des carrières des collaborateurs
Contribuer aux actions de développement sur de nouvelles opportunités
Participer aux actions commerciales et aux dossiers d'Avant-vente
