Academic degree (e.g., MBA, civil engineering, industrial economics) with strong academic merits or equivalent professional experience
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Good knowledge of Swedish or another Nordic language is meritorious but not required

Work on market offerings including: Strategic Transformation (define and create long-term sustainable business strategies), Growth Strategy (design customer strategies and go-to-market to attract new and retain current customers), Innovation & Ventures (create new business models for innovative and disruptive growth and accelerate through investments and acquisitions of startups), Business Design & Configuration (enable growth by reshaping existing business models and defining future functions and operating models)
