Responsibilities

  • Create alignment with cross-functional client departments, including Design, Construction, Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering
  • Produce budget estimates
  • Produce detailed project schedules and milestones
  • Produce feasibility estimates, risks, forecasts, and scenario analysis
  • Produce project cost reports and trend analysis
  • Produce comprehensive monthly project summary reports
  • Analyze complex project data and deliver clear, articulate, and concise messages to support decision-making
  • Gain a general understanding of Earned Value Analysis and PO management tools
  • Maintain internal site tools such as site dashboards, deliverable trackers, etc
