Requirements

Candidates must possess a degree in Health Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required in healthcare sector consulting (strategy, care processes, digital health, innovation, data analysis) or in management, project, or planning roles within hospitals or public healthcare entities. Experience managing projects with healthcare system organizations, including strategic discussions with key stakeholders, and knowledge of the healthcare sector and hospital processes are essential. Strong analytical skills, a methodical and results-oriented approach, proactivity, autonomy, eagerness to learn, excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English), client engagement abilities, efficient project management under pressure, strong execution, adherence to deadlines, advanced Excel skills, and practical problem-solving are also required.

Responsibilities

The Consultant will participate in, and independently lead, the design, execution, and monitoring of projects for healthcare organizations. Responsibilities include analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights, preparing high-quality deliverables such as reports, presentations, and dashboards, and collaborating directly with healthcare sector stakeholders. The role also involves facilitating joint working sessions, supporting proposal development, and contributing to a multidisciplinary team environment.
