Requirements

  • A couple of years of relevant consulting experience (preferred), healthcare consulting or/and some prior industry experience
  • Healthcare industry knowledge or experience
  • Proven track record in driving end to end transformations: from analysis to implementation
  • Relevant Master’s degree (preferred) with excellent academic + extracurricular results
  • Project management: planning & coordinating, communicating & influencing, building relationships, achieving milestones, resolving issues and managing risks
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Willingness to travel within Benelux and occasionally within EMEA

  • Work with your team on projects across partnerships to deliver quality and improve healthcare
  • Drive complex transformational change
  • Design and implement growth strategies
  • Develop and streamline patient-focused care pathways
  • Improve operational excellence to help hospitals innovate and optimize (e.g., Same-day discharge, Remote care, Regional collaboration, New care concepts, Growth programs)
  • Help physicians and hospital management improve outcomes
  • Share and communicate determined best practices actively with clients and the team
