Maîtrise des concepts Data : data engineering, data analytics, data architecture, gouvernance, data quality
Excellente compréhension des technologies IA (Machine Learning, GenAI, LLMs, MLOps…)
Connaissance des plateformes cloud (Azure, AWS ou GCP)
Capacité à piloter des projets techniques ou data-driven
Aisance avec les outils d’analyse et de visualisation de données (Python, SQL, Power BI, etc. — selon profil)

Responsibilities

Identifier les enjeux Data & IA chez nos clients et formuler des recommandations stratégiques
Piloter ou contribuer à des projets IA / Data (Use cases IA, MLOps, data gouvernance, data plateforme, data engineering…)
Concevoir et animer des ateliers (idéation, cadrage de use cases, acculturation IA, IA générative, etc.)
Réaliser des analyses de données, POC IA / GenAI ou benchmarks de solutions
Accompagner la transformation data des organisations (process, outils, gouvernance, compétences)
Produire des livrables à forte valeur ajoutée (roadmaps, audits, architectures cibles, modèles de valeur…)
Assurer un rôle d’expert IA & Data auprès des décideurs métiers et IT
Construire, structurer et maintenir l’offre Data & IA de Talan
Assurer une veille technologique continue (IA, GenAI, cloud, data tools)
Accompagner les consultants dans leur montée en compétences (coaching, méthodologies, frameworks)
Participer aux actions commerciales : réponses aux appels d’offres, avant-vente, soutenances
Promouvoir l’offre en interne et en externe (articles, événements, formations…)
Contribuer au développement de la culture Data & IA au sein de Talan
