Requirements

More than 2 years of professional experience in M&A and/or Debt Advisory
Demonstrated experience and interest in the Real Estate sector
Adaptability in a constantly evolving sector, driven by new practices and profitability demands
Excellent analytical skills and financial modeling expertise
Excellent proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
Ability to work in a team with strong client service orientation
Based in Paris La Défense

Responsibilities

Lead/co-lead mandates in the Real Estate sector
Develop pitchbooks, client presentations, and preliminary opportunity analyses, including ad-hoc analyses (market, economic, etc.)
Prepare teasers and information memorandums for potential investors/lenders (especially funds, banks, institutions)
Supervise the development of financial models (including sensitivity analyses) for offer strategies, financing scenarios, etc
Lead/co-lead and manage client due diligence processes, review related reports, and coordinate investor/lender due diligences
Negotiate term sheets and financing documents
Negotiate SPAs, SHAs, etc., and contribute to closing processes
Contribute to firm activities (team recruitment, training animation, business development, HR management)
