Requirements

  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Solid understanding of strategic intelligence tools (preferred, with emphasis on usage and application)
  • Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, analysis, and customer service

Responsibilities

  • Provides support to a set of retail and wholesale clients
  • Gathers requirements, develops customized reports, responds to client report requests and questions with minimal supervision
  • Performs routine data analyses to develop insights and solutions specific to clients' business challenges
  • Validates and ensures the quality of reports and deliverables
  • Ensures deliverables meet client specifications, including deadlines and quality
  • Identifies and internally communicates opportunities to offer increased support
  • Maintains effective internal and external communications
  • Proactively develops knowledge base and understanding of the pharmaceutical market, focusing on wholesale and retail distribution
  • Serves internally as an expert on assigned client affairs
