Responsibilities

The Consultant, Board Servicing Manager will be responsible for delivering professional, effective, and high-quality technical company secretarial and statutory guidance to internal partners and clients, managing a large portfolio of private equity and fiduciary clients’ statutory and governance requirements, maintaining corporate and internal records, preparing registers, arranging execution of entity documentation, and liaising with external directors, regulators, and advisors. They will also proactively support or lead department strategic projects and annual statutory projects, including validations and AGM preparation, while assisting with all aspects of company secretarial matters and drafting minutes and resolutions.
