Candidates should possess a relevant degree, such as Law, Finance, or Business Administration, and demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial or fund administration, with a strong understanding of private equity and fiduciary company secretarial matters. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to quickly learn new systems and maintain strong working relationships.
The Consultant, Board Servicing Manager will be responsible for delivering professional, effective, and high-quality technical company secretarial and statutory guidance to internal partners and clients, managing a large portfolio of private equity and fiduciary clients’ statutory and governance requirements, maintaining corporate and internal records, preparing registers, arranging execution of entity documentation, and liaising with external directors, regulators, and advisors. They will also proactively support or lead department strategic projects and annual statutory projects, including validations and AGM preparation, while assisting with all aspects of company secretarial matters and drafting minutes and resolutions.
