Requirements

  • Formation Bac+4/5 en école de commerce, école d’ingénieur, statistiques, data analysis, supply chain ou équivalent
  • Excellent relationnel, adaptabilité, pragmatisme, persévérance, entraide, positivité, exigence, proactivité
  • Idéalement une première expérience dans le secteur de la grande consommation (ex. : Chef de Secteur ou Category manager)
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils d’analyse (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Anglais courant pour échanges internationaux (interne et externe)

Responsibilities

  • Élaborer des recommandations et plans d’action opérationnels puis mesurer les résultats à partir de l’analyse de données quotidiennes (ventes, stocks, réceptions, ruptures, manque à gagner, cause de rupture, etc.), avec focus sur amélioration de la disponibilité linéaire, optimisation des promotions, accélération des innovations, sécurisation des temps forts saisonniers
  • Conseiller, animer et accompagner les clients avec interactions fréquentes : sessions de formation sur outils et méthodes, présentation des analyses et recommandations
  • Créer ou aider à la création de synthèses et tableaux de bord sur la plateforme NielsenIQ et Excel pour les parties prenantes (direction commerciale, category management, supply chain)
  • Contribuer au développement commercial en France et à l’international via aide à l’avant-vente ou détection d’opportunités
