Requirements
Ability to build strong relationships with Investment Advisors and third parties
Thorough knowledge of client and their bespoke requirements for key processes
Good understanding of fund administration business
Ability to run projects with the client on complex tasks
Knowledge of company secretarial tasks, including attending meetings, writing minutes, assisting with SPV formation, and adhering to constitutional documentation
Responsibilities
Provide premier client service by liaising with internal teams, Investment Advisor, and third parties to resolve complex issues and queries
Deliver key client tasks, organize team to meet deadlines, and ensure client KPIs are met
Undertake daily cash management processes, action ad-hoc cash items, process and self-review FXs, process invoices, arrange loan facility amendments
Complete client monies and bank reconciliations monthly
Undertake investor call/distribution process end-to-end, investor transfer process, investor contact/bank detail updates
Monitor investor audit confirmations, deal with investor tax reporting, investment process (minor actions), AML investor reviews (up to high risk)
Run fund closings and organize parties involved
Own monitoring of assigned mailboxes, complete tasks from senior administrator/management
Support basic training of tasks, support team members with workloads, rotate tasks regularly
Perform reviews of junior team members' work
Attend meetings with directors, write and self-review minutes timely
Assist client and lawyers with SPV formation and setup
Adhere to constitutional documentation, controls, procedures manual, and company policies
Identify efficiencies and improvements to reduce risk, fully utilize technology, resolve tech issues, work with legal/compliance for fund compliance
