Comfort working in a non-client-facing role and excellent attention to detail are also required. Bonus skills include SOP creation, automation tools like Zapier/Make, knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Trello, and basic API or CSV manipulation.
The Construction Software Implementation Specialist will configure and customize construction software platforms like Buildertrend or JobTread, import and organize vendor data, cost codes, budgets, and documentation, and create standardized templates for estimates, budgets, schedules, and reports. They will also build and refine internal workflows aligned with project processes, organize and integrate digital project files within the system, collaborate with project teams to ensure software reflects real-world execution, and maintain internal documentation and user guides for best practices.
