Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using, setting up, or managing construction software (Buildertrend, JobTread, or similar)
Strong proficiency in Excel for importing, mapping, and organizing project data
Solid understanding of construction workflows — including estimating, bidding, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
Excellent attention to detail and ability to design efficient, organized systems
Comfortable working in an internal, non-client-facing role

Responsibilities

Configure and customize construction software platforms (e.g., Buildertrend, JobTread) for internal operations and client-specific workflows
Import and organize vendor data, cost codes, budgets, and documentation into the system
Develop standardized templates for estimates, budgets, and schedules
Design and refine project workflows that align with internal and client processes
Set up and maintain digital project files within the platform’s document management system
Collaborate with internal team leads to ensure optimal platform configuration
Create and maintain internal guides and best-practice documentation to support user adoption
