Experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in ground-up construction
Proven proficiency with Procore project management software

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of ground-up construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Lead project teams and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and project execution
Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress tracking
Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and financial forecasts
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with safety standards
Review and negotiate contracts, purchase orders, and subcontractor agreements
Identify potential risks or issues early and develop effective mitigation strategies
Ensure all construction activities comply with company standards, client requirements, and local building codes
