Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within the commercial restoration or construction industry. Heavy travel is required for this position.
The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, including financial management, budget monitoring, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. They will be responsible for directing project teams, preparing pre-construction kick-off meetings, responding to project-related issues, and ensuring projects maintain proper staffing and equipment levels. Additionally, the Project Manager will produce project billings accurately and timely, solicit and onboard subcontractors, and manage change orders while maintaining excellent client relationships.
