Requirements

The Microsoft Infrastructure Consultant should leverage technical expertise and leadership to manage complex infrastructure environments, ensure secure and efficient operations, and support client success. Responsibilities include full provisioning and maintenance of environments, close collaboration with client infrastructure teams, and management of LCS, PPAC, UDE, GitHub, and ADO environments. A strong focus on performance testing, code migration, and security modeling is required.

Responsibilities

The consultant will contribute to the application lifecycle management, including environment deployment, data updates, and code deployment. They will perform system monitoring and diagnostics, collaborate with end-users, project managers, and management for system improvements and upgrades, and provide training and assistance to end-users. Additionally, the role involves working with team members to resolve technical issues, proposing solutions to prevent repetitive errors, advising on system changes and improvements, and managing user accounts, permissions, profiles, layouts, and security.
