Requirements

Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files for residents, vendors, and operations
- Assemble, prepare, and distribute resident welcome packets and orientation materials
- Draft and send professional emails, notices, and updates to residents, vendors, and partners
- Support with resident contact updates, document management, and internal communications
- Coordinate with vendors for scheduling, COI tracking, and follow-ups
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a neat, professional administrative workspace
- Assist the General Manager with ongoing administrative projects and building setup tasks
