Requirements

Expertise in compute technologies including CPUs, GPUs, bare metal performance, storage profiles, and deployment patterns
Strong knowledge of workload performance, scaling strategy, virtualization, containerization, and hybrid deployment models
Experience translating customer workloads into optimized bare metal, GPU/accelerated compute, and storage configurations
Ability to lead technical discovery, architecture design, sizing, and performance mapping
Proficiency in delivering technical demos, workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and proofs of concept
Capability to build architecture documentation and maintain accurate technical notes in CRM systems
Experience collaborating with sales teams, product, engineering, procurement, and operations
Understanding of cloud connectivity and network design (in partnership with network architects)

Responsibilities

Lead compute discovery, architecture design, sizing, and performance mapping for customer workloads
Translate technical requirements into tailored bare metal, GPU/accelerated compute, and storage configurations
Deliver technical demos, workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and proofs of concept; validate solution feasibility
Build architecture documentation to drive clarity and accelerate customer decision-making
Act as technical compute specialist embedded in Megaport Sales Pods for opportunity qualification and technical discussions
Collaborate with Megaport Solution Architects on cloud connectivity or network design; position combined Megaport + Latitude value proposition
Partner with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap
Work with Procurement and Operations to confirm server availability, GPU/CPU classes, and deployment timelines
Maintain accurate technical notes and solution details in CRM systems; contribute to internal documentation and enablement materials
Support customers through evaluations, pilots, and onboarding with hands-on technical guidance; troubleshoot early-stage issues
