Formation : Bachelier en comptabilité
Expérience : Minimum 3 ans d’expérience, idéalement dans un secteur industriel
Expertise : Capable (ou presque) de gérer une comptabilité de A à Y (le Z est un plus), et solide compréhension des processus analytiques et financiers
Langues : Maîtrise parfaite de l’oral et de l’écrit en français et/ou en anglais ou néerlandais
Compétences techniques : Excel - Maîtrise avancée ou solide ; Outils comptables - Bonne connaissance de Winbooks et/ou BOB (SAP, Oracle ou Odoo un plus) ; ERP - Une expérience est un avantage considérable
Mentalité : Curieux, flexible et orienté solutions ; Esprit vif, ouvert et désireux d’apprendre ; Aime relever des défis, travailler dans des environnements variés et faire preuve de créativité

Responsibilities

Produire des comptes fiables et précis (provisions, analytique, etc.), pour garantir une visibilité optimale sur la santé financière des clients
Fournir des analyses claires et pertinentes afin d’aider les dirigeants à prendre les meilleures décisions stratégiques
Collaborer directement avec des chefs comptables/directeurs financiers expérimentés et bénéficier de leur expérience
Assurer une comptabilité régulière et de qualité pour une diversité de clients, en étant confronté à de multiples systèmes, process, structures de société et secteurs
