Responsibilities

  • Adapt global compliance guidelines to the Brazilian reality, respecting local requirements
  • Develop, implement, and monitor global/local compliance policies
  • Ensure compliance with local and international sector norms, compliance, and anti-corruption standards
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments
  • Implement risk mitigation plans based on internal analyses and regulatory trends, including clinical research, patient/consumer interaction, and social media
  • Perform periodic reviews of internal controls, focusing on preventing illicit practices
  • Develop materials and conduct trainings, adapting content to the needs of different corporate areas
  • Act, coordinate, and develop activities with Compliance Champions
  • Conduct processes related to conflict of interest analysis and mitigation
  • Due diligence and interaction with third parties
  • Participation in investigations
  • Team coordination
  • Participate in governance meetings and projects
