Responsibilities

  • Identify and leverage key data sets, AI-driven tools, and advanced analytics to integrate pay, performance, and business outcomes, delivering actionable insights that enhance decision-making, scale Total Rewards strategies, and drive strategic alignment for greater impact and efficiency
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling stories that message both the “what” and the “why,” tailoring insights to effectively engage diverse audiences, including executives, people leaders, and employees
  • Drive Total Rewards initiatives end-to-end, from solution design within the Center of Expertise (COE) to seamless implementation across broader HR services
  • Identify, develop, and implement process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, standardization, and impact across Total Rewards programs
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity across all Total Rewards programs, models, and reporting mechanisms
  • Deliver and/or manage projects assigned, work with other stakeholders to achieve desired results, and may act as a mentor to colleagues or direct the work of lower-level professionals
  • Set objectives for own job area to meet project and assignment goals, contribute to project milestones, and may have involvement in cross-functional assignments
  • Solve general problems by making adjustments or recommending enhancements in systems and processes, using specialized knowledge and skills
  • Communicate primarily and frequently with internal contacts to share information, status, needs, and issues to inform, gain input, and support decision-making
  • Provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals and/or employees in Support Career Stream
