Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned clinical program, including client care, quality improvement, and service delivery
  • In collaboration with leadership, set annual goals and objectives aligned with integrated treatment and the mission
  • With support from Quality Management and Cascadia’s compliance department, investigate and resolve client complaints
  • Assist with the development of an operating budget to support program goals and objectives
  • Monitor expenditures monthly, control costs, and justify significant budget variances
  • Attend internal and external meetings to problem-solve, advocate for programs, and maintain positive working relationships with employees and stakeholders
  • Oversee and leverage clinical data to monitor performance and assist in decision making
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating collaboration among interdisciplinary teams and communicating with stakeholders
  • Assess progress toward achieving goals and objectives; revise plans, systems, policies, and procedures to assure success
  • Provide input into the development of policies, procedures, and systems in support of program goals
  • Provide clinical oversight, support, and professional development for assigned staff
  • Comply with and manage relevant Contracts, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and Grants
  • Assist in crisis situations as appropriate
  • Perform other duties as assigned
