Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned clinical program, including client care, quality improvement, and service delivery
- In collaboration with leadership, set annual goals and objectives aligned with integrated treatment and the mission
- With support from Quality Management and Cascadia’s compliance department, investigate and resolve client complaints
- Assist with the development of an operating budget to support program goals and objectives
- Monitor expenditures monthly, control costs, and justify significant budget variances
- Attend internal and external meetings to problem-solve, advocate for programs, and maintain positive working relationships with employees and stakeholders
- Oversee and leverage clinical data to monitor performance and assist in decision making
- Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating collaboration among interdisciplinary teams and communicating with stakeholders
- Assess progress toward achieving goals and objectives; revise plans, systems, policies, and procedures to assure success
- Provide input into the development of policies, procedures, and systems in support of program goals
- Provide clinical oversight, support, and professional development for assigned staff
- Comply with and manage relevant Contracts, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and Grants
- Assist in crisis situations as appropriate
- Perform other duties as assigned
