Responsibilities

  • Passionately live the Same Day Response Policy
  • Engage with board members and homeowners in your community
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for a portfolio of associations
  • Plan for and facilitate association board meetings and annual meetings
  • Handle vendor relations, including the bidding and project management process
  • Consult with other departments in support of your communities
  • Manage risk, insurance, and litigation support
  • Prepare budgets and manage the finances of the associations
  • Be available for after-hour emergencies
  • Additional tasks as necessary
  • Act as a liaison between the HOA’s board of directors, homeowners, and vendors
  • Take ultimate ownership in completing all tasks and projects
  • Serve as a customer service champion
  • Operate your portfolio of communities with a positive attitude
