Requirements

  • Report to the building daily to ensure members’ needs are met and WeWork global standards are maintained
  • Work with a variety of members from different backgrounds and industries, or focus on Enterprise clients (depending on location)
  • Handle different holidays, technical systems, operational, relationship, and property management requirements for Enterprise locations
  • Complete scheduled quarterly conversations with owned accounts and regular check-ins with all members
  • Anticipate member and guest needs using collected information for personalized experiences
  • Follow up in person with members submitting bad ratings or negative responses
  • Follow issue resolution model using severity scale
  • Review Medallia responses and implement proactive changes
  • Support front desk coverage schedule as needed
  • Conduct pre-move-in meetings, New Member Orientation, and curate onboarding materials
  • Conduct move-out interviews
  • Provide feedback on event programming and evaluate events
  • Set up and host weekly social events and execute Value-Driving events
  • Distribute event promotion materials and ensure operational requirements are met
  • Conduct morning walkthroughs

Responsibilities

  • Deliver un-compromised member experience through curated events based on members’ interests
  • Introduce members to each other for business opportunities
  • Create a welcoming environment for members and their guests
  • Maximize value of WeWork membership through conversations and check-ins (Membership Engagement & Retention)
  • Ensure consistent front desk coverage during business hours
  • Ensure successful move-ins and move-outs (Move-In & Move Out)
  • Host weekly social events and support Events team initiatives (Events)
  • Manage building operations including morning walkthroughs (Building Operations and Management)
