  • Proficiency in analyzing reports for compliance, production, and impact tracking, focused on low to moderate income borrowers
  • Capability to conduct independent research on competitive market conditions related to price, service, and CRA-focused programs
  • Experience supporting branches with product questions, cross-training, CRM, pipeline management, and onboarding new lenders
  • Ability to promote home ownership through inclusive marketing in minority/diverse regions and organize outreach to relevant organizations

Responsibilities

  • Design market outreach programs, education, and activities ready for Land Trust and Housing Finance Agencies (HFA), targeting low to moderate income areas and first-time homebuyers
  • Manage and develop ongoing community campaigns with realtors, builders, financial planners, and other Centers of Influence (COIs) for homebuyer education and product training
  • Maintain a pipeline of CRA and non-CRA business while serving all bank clients with Banner Bank mortgage products
  • Develop a business plan including campaigns for prospects, current clients, past clients, and lead lists; identify new community campaign opportunities
  • Analyze pipeline management reports for upstream compliance reporting on CRA activity results, including lender targets for low to moderate income borrowers and outreach impact
  • Identify and manage support needs, including vendor lead distribution, competitive research (CRA-focused), and ongoing training creation
  • Assist branches with product questions, cross-training, CRM, pipeline management, and onboarding new mortgage lenders to meet market penetration goals in low to moderate income communities
  • Promote home ownership via community outreach around the branch, including first-time homebuyer classes, event booths, and inclusive marketing to generate leads, loans, and relationships
  • Achieve lending origination goals in minority/diverse regions; organize outreach to ethnic organizations to promote lending and understand market needs; work with compliance department
