Requirements

Customer-focused, consistent, and warm demeanor
Ability to build relationships by learning names of members and guests
Anticipate member and guest needs using relevant information
Knowledge of local restaurants, food delivery, catering, team outings, post office, shipping, and supply stores
Familiarity with Common Desk policies, procedures, community etiquette, and building issues
Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, OfficeRnD, and social media (e.g., Facebook)
Ability to plan, promote, and host events
Skills in conducting New Member Orientation
Capability to manage front desk, coffee service (if applicable), mail, keys, and keycards

Responsibilities

Cover front desk during business hours as on-site point of contact at member floor or Hospitality Bar
Greet members and guests warmly and build community relationships
Keep front desk clean and organized
Answer questions on building way-finding, policies, procedures, and etiquette
Execute marketing and sales tasks: manage Salesforce pipeline, post to Facebook, schedule events
Celebrate member successes with gifts and notes
Plan location events, create/post weekly posters, and distribute promotion info
Conduct New Member Orientation on policies, procedures, and app usage
Write and send member notifications via OfficeRnD
Man Fiction Coffee outpost (if applicable) and serve espresso-based drinks
Handle day-to-day operations: sort mail, answer calls/emails, make coffee, give tours
Process, sort, organize mail; handle "Return to Sender" for unidentified/former member mail after 30 days
Track, audit, organize keys; manage keycard stock and requests
Assist in maintaining physical space cleanliness and organization
Work with Community Lead and Senior Community Manager on member retention and growth strategies
Ensure appropriate music levels and event suitability
