The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with demonstrated experience in customer service and community engagement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to build relationships and foster a welcoming environment. Familiarity with building operations and administrative tasks is also beneficial.
As a Community Associate, you will manage the front desk, greet members and guests, ensure compliance with WeWork’s guest policy, and provide information about the building and WeWork’s services. You will also organize and promote community events, build relationships between members, and assist with operational tasks such as managing deliveries and maintaining building forms. Additionally, you will contribute to member engagement by identifying opportunities to connect members and celebrating their successes.
