Requirements

  • Full-time availability to report to the building each day during set business hours
  • Ability to act as the primary point of contact and "face" of WeWork, illustrating core values
  • Capability to work with diverse members from different backgrounds/industries or focus on Enterprise clients (depending on location)
  • Familiarity with tools like Welkio iPad, Kube or equivalent systems
  • Adaptability to different holidays, technical systems, operational requirements, and property management for Enterprise vs. Classic locations

Responsibilities

  • Cover the front desk during business hours as an on-site point of contact at the member floor or Community Bar
  • Greet members and guests warmly and ensure guests sign in via Welkio iPad per guest policy
  • Learn names of members and guests to build relationships and foster community
  • Anticipate and personalize member/guest experiences using collected information
  • Maintain up-to-date building-specific forms (e.g., pet forms, filming requests, bike room requests)
  • Keep front desk clean and organized; notify members of food deliveries/couriers
  • Answer member/guest questions on building-related topics (way-finding, policies, etiquette)
  • Provide feedback on event programming and evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction, impact
  • Celebrate members’ successes/milestones with gifts and notes
  • Distribute event info, create/post weekly and individual event posters
  • Ensure operational requirements for events (e.g., elevators, HVAC)
  • Input notes about members into Kube or equivalent system
  • Identify and execute opportunities to connect members
  • Recommend local services (restaurants, delivery, catering, venues, post office, shipping, supplies)
  • Be active on the WeWork member network to engage members
  • Support Community Management team, take direction from Community Lead/Manager
  • Build welcoming community through events and relationships; ensure operational efficiency; drive growth of service offerings
